Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Australian Grown - Beetroot
Method:
- In a bowl or jar, mix the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, 1 tbsp honey, 1/4 tsp cinnamon and Mavella Superfoods Australian Grown Beetroot.
- Mix well, cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
- Slice the apple (or cut into small pieces) and place on a baking tray.
- Drizzle with melted coconut oil and honey. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp cinnamon.
- Bake for a couple of minutes until tender.
- Give the overnight oats a good stir and top with the cooked apples. Enjoy!
