Baked Apple Overnight Oats

Ingredients

Method: 

  1. In a bowl or jar, mix the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, 1 tbsp honey, 1/4 tsp cinnamon and Mavella Superfoods Australian Grown Beetroot.
  2. Mix well, cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Slice the apple (or cut into small pieces) and place on a baking tray.
  4. Drizzle with melted coconut oil and honey. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp cinnamon.
  5. Bake for a couple of minutes until tender.
  6. Give the overnight oats a good stir and top with the cooked apples. Enjoy!
