Apple Oat Smoothie
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 large apple
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp flax or chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
- 1 tb spoon Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost
- Place oats and milk into the blender and let sit for 10 min.
- Meanwhile, peel and dice the apple.
- Place the rest of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve and top with more oats, seeds and cinnamon
