Apple Oat Smoothie


  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 large apple
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp flax or chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tb spoon Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost


  1. Place oats and milk into the blender and let sit for 10 min.
  2. Meanwhile, peel and dice the apple.
  3. Place the rest of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Serve and top with more oats, seeds and cinnamon
