Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 medium banana
- 1 small apple
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180c. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the banana and grate in the apple, add the cooked quinoa, rolled oats and Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost and mix well.
- Roll into balls and place them on the baking tray. Bake for 15 min until starting to brown.
- Allow to cool completely before eating. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
